By using an XML you can make a dropshipment request, you have to choose a delivery method and a selection code.In the table below you can see which codes to use. For shipments to a customer you use "DR" as a selection code and for stock replenishment order (to your store) you use "SR". For the delivery method we use a code that contains 3 characters. We will ship the package depening on the code you use in the attribute "DeliveryMethod code".
The cost price we use for these delivery methods contains the amount we have to pay the respective carrier, a neutral looking box, your packing slip (max. 2 pages), so it is an all-in rate. As you can see for every delivery method there is an variantion with insurance. We advice you to use this option for more expensive products. Options without an insurance are not insured, in this case the risk lies with the retailer.

In case a customer want a package to be delivered in Belgium with the delivery code D11 you have to add 1 day to the data in column 5 in the StockFeeds. When there is an x this delivery code does not apply in concerned country.

New Delivery Methods - dropshipment as of 1st of April 2019
As of April 1st we will switch to these new delivery methods, soon after we will fase out the previously used codes. Please make sure you will switch to there new codes in your XML as soon as possible.
"Add-days" is the amount of days you'll have to add to the days mentioned in the StockFeed.

You can use an API or a Magento Plugin to add a DHL Servicepoint locator to the checkout of your website, so that the customer can find the closest DHL Servicepoint.
